The Winter Blues

I seriously had NOTHING in my inventory that would work as Indigo. Then I spotted this top on the 25 Linden Tuesday site, and was completely inspired by it. I am so grateful for the inspiration of the 52 Weeks of Color Challenge.

It feels natural

As a colour lover, exploring the colours that Luna has chosen for the 52 weeks of Color Challenge, has been so so much fun.


This week ... err last week <blushes> the colour was Sienna. The colour sienna reminds me of nature and calming, woodsy and rustic. Since my rl world is blanketed with snow, I thought I would venture out and find a snowy place to take some pictures. I stumbled upon the Buddhist Meditation and Teaching Center. Totally a nice build and matched my calm, laid back mood.

As for the clothes. As much as I adore nature it appears I do not wear much of that shade of brown. Yet when I slipped into this sexy dress by Paradisis I knew it would be perfect. Since I was trekking through the snow I grabbed my toque from Truth, boots from J's and was set to relax and enjoy nature.

Sales! A girl loves the sales! Sadly some sales are because the place is closing. I was so bummed to read that aDIVA will be no longer.  Eeps have you tried to go? Totally crazy busy!

I have a crush on this outfit. Note to self plan outfit to blog early in the evening so everyone can see hottie outfit. Quite often I am too lazy to mix and match. Designers rock, I will wear it as is. Tonight it was fun to mix, match and play with the look. Think I might have to sleep in these clothes so He can see them tomorrow!

It's My Rez Day :/

I feel really introspective today. It has been 7 years since I entered into Second Life for the first time. Back then it was a totally different world, crude, raw and ready to be created.

So far I have had a really quiet day. I have spent a lot of time on my own. There are so many people I wish were still here, yet I am so happy to have the Second Life that I have. I am loving this blog. I am loving being neighbors with Lukas & Sy (and the turtles when they are there). I explore with Honcho. I have my girls that I go to chats with. Cypher, Bonnie, Alisha ... all new people I am enjoying getting to know.

Of course there is Him ... the one that makes my heart skip a beat, who brings me to my kneels ...

I wonder ... will there be another 7 years to reflect on ... I am eager to find out.

Well life got busy. Both my real life then my second life. I find people are slowly discovering I actually have a blog, so I probably should you know keep it up!

I actually spent part of New Year's Eve in SL this year. I was home, it was that or watch a movie :/ I had fun with some friends AND more importantly I got to wear some party goodies!

I love love love this hair by Exile! It was sent out as a gift to subscribers and I got a ton of compliments!

Oooo I also bought new eyes! I adore Poetic Colors and guiltily have been wearing free ones, from a hunt they participated in. So I had some time on my own and took a look. I wanted a deep dark mysterious, big ole puppy dog look and I think I totally got it with these called, Night Rain.

The dress by Kyoot is to die for! So cute and so sexy! I have worn it again since! Really how can a girl go wrong for $L50 ?!?!

Tomorrow is my Rez day. It will be 2556 days since I created teara Coral in Second Life. Seven YEARS! I am glad Tony dragged me here, even though I wasn't really ready to create another life for myself at the time.  This year has brought me so much happiness ... some of which I will talk about on my Rezz Day ... Tomorrow ... in case you forgot ;)
